40 Minute full body functional training sessions set at our private fitness facility.
From kettle bells to assault bikes to Tyres, sleds and ropes all the way back to simple management of body weight exercises, no session is the same and delivered to you by three experienced Bootcamp Instructors with a combined 25 years of industry experience.
Each workout leaves you feeling great with structured sessions that demonstrate a clear warm up, main workout and a cool down.
Week by week the camp will throw different challenges at you but please rest assured, if you have a minor injury or physical complication we are able to regress and offer you options on each workout to suit your current levels of fitness and any problems you may have.
We keep the workouts FUN, challenging and highly effective when it comes to burning CALORIES.
To accompany YOUR training we provide nutrition meal plans as well as TWO supporting GROUPS.
Private FB Group with a members hang out zone for you guys to discuss everything Bootcamp and share meal ideas as well as an accountability to yourself and your Bootcamp buddies.
Our gym setting boasts a huge range of state of the art functional training equipment in the rural location of Picket Piece with ample parking.
